1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Salary Planner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Ognjen Knezevic ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Serbia.

2. Description of Service

Salary Planner is a personal finance application that helps individuals track their salary, manage expenses, set savings goals, and plan monthly budgets. The Service is available at salary.oxytek.net and via our Android mobile application.

The Service is offered in two tiers:

• Free — includes dashboard, expense tracking, history, and PDF export.
• Premium — includes all Free features plus QR Receipt Scanner, Budget Envelopes, and Savings Plans.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly ($7/month) or annually ($60/year).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
• Prices are in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or currency conversion fees.

5. Refunds

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its servers.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your data. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@oxytek.net.

8. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Salary Planner is a personal budgeting tool and does not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ognjen Knezevic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.
